Professional Profile
The Email Marketing and CRM area, where I currently performance my professional work, is so wide that I will try to capture my experience and concerns here after several years practising different tasks. My goal is to continue growing professionally and be able to increase my employability in this labour market. I'm willing to take on any new challenge or project. These last years I have done tasks like planning, producing, implementing and analyzing Email Marketing Campaigns in different countries and languages. In addition, I have also developed functions of personalization and segmentation of the database for more specific marketing activities and CRM strategies. These include automation and A/B testing programs and tools.
The goal to achieve is to improve the email send out, increase revenue and optimize metrics and KPI's to obtain a good email delivery rate, deliverability and reputation. Key points to reach the customer or recipient successfully.
For my education and experience I get on very well with programs and work environments related with graphic and web design that help me to understand the branding of the company.
Experience
CRM Production Manager - Email Marketing
Norwegian airline company, where I have been in charge of planning and coordinating the weekly email send out, promotional and inspirational campaigns with the marketing team. These tasks become more intense and require more planning when the high season comes "Summer, Christmas or Easter" and deadlines have to be met.
Produce, implement and analyze the email campaigns in different markets and languages as well as optimizing KPI's and metrics (open rate, click and conversion rate, new opt-ins and unsubscribes, spam lists and blacklisting). The goal is to evaluate the performance for future campaigns. In addition, to promote the channel growth and the company business its very important analyzed the different profiles and generate segmentations according to the recipient behavior and interactions.
